The conversation happened. The paperwork shouldn’t start over.

A call ends with a new job, a revised date, and three things someone needs to do. Too often, the next step is typing it all again. I build AI workflows that turn that information into structured records and actions inside the tools your team uses.

Start a conversation

When useful information gets stuck between the conversation and the system.

  • Meeting notes contain decisions that never reach the schedule.
  • Someone copies details from PDFs into a CRM every day.
  • Field updates arrive as a mix of calls, photos, and messages.
  • An AI chatbot can answer questions but cannot help complete the work.

Built around the operation.

01

Calls and meetings into assigned work

Capture the conversation, identify the relevant job, and extract tasks, owners, and dates. Connect those records to the schedule so the meeting has a useful outcome beyond another transcript.

02

Documents into usable records

Extract the fields your process needs from documents and photos. Validate the result against your data structure and send ambiguous details for review before they become someone else’s problem.

03

Assistants connected to your tools

Give an assistant defined actions inside your CRM or operations platform: find a job, prepare an update, or draft the next document. Permissions and review steps belong in the design from the start.

04

A workflow you can evaluate

Start with one repeated task. Compare the result with the current process, including correction time and exceptions. Expand when the workflow is useful enough for the team to rely on.

Focused tools & AI

ONE JOB.
DONE BETTER.

You don’t need a whole new CRM to solve one stubborn problem. We can build a focused tool that works alongside what you already use.

Document review

A second pass over the paperwork.

Collect documents into one review queue, surface items that need attention, and give a person a clear place to check the result.

Inquiry assistant

A useful first pass on every inquiry.

Organize incoming requests and prepare a response draft. Your team reviews the details and decides what to send.

Notes to actions

Give the next action a place to start.

Turn rough notes into suggested next steps. Review and edit the suggestions before they become work for someone else.

These are starting points for a conversation. The right tool depends on your information, your people, and the decisions that need their judgment.

How we work together

UNDERSTAND IT. BUILD IT.
KEEP IMPROVING IT.

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

Walk through a real job, the tools involved, and the points where work slows down.

  2. 02

    Agree on the first scope

Decide what to keep, connect, or build, with priorities and costs agreed before implementation.

  3. 03

Put it to work and improve it

Introduce the system in stages, learn from the people using it, and plan continued development.

Before we start

A FEW PRACTICAL
QUESTIONS.

Can this work with our current CRM?

Often, but the available integrations and access rules determine what is possible. I check how your system exposes data and actions before recommending an automation.

Does AI act without anyone reviewing it?

That is a workflow decision. We define what can happen automatically, what needs approval, and how exceptions are handled. Sending information to a customer or changing a sensitive record may need a different review step from drafting an internal note.

What is a good first automation?

A frequent, well-understood task with a clear input and a result someone can check. Re-entering job details or turning meeting decisions into assigned tasks is a better starting point than trying to automate an entire department at once.
