Working wherever good projects happen.

Start with the work. Then decide what technology belongs in it.

You do not need another list of AI tools. You need a clear decision about the part of your operation that is costing time, losing information, or limiting growth. I bring experience building real business systems to that decision, and can carry the work through implementation.

When there are plenty of technology options and no clear next step.

  • Vendors are pitching solutions before anyone has mapped the problem.
  • The team wants AI, but the first useful application is unclear.
  • You are choosing between another subscription and custom software.
  • An important project needs someone who can connect business decisions to implementation.

Built around the operation.

01

Trace a job through the business

Walk through the people, records, decisions, and tools involved. Identify where information gets re-entered, where approvals stall, and where the team relies on a workaround.

02

Compare the practical options

Consider improving the current process, connecting existing tools, buying software, or building it. Evaluate integration limits, operating costs, data access, and what the team will actually use.

03

Define the first useful change

Set priorities, scope the first workflow, and agree on what a good result looks like. The output is a basis for making a decision and sequencing the work, with assumptions made explicit.

04

Keep technical direction connected to delivery

I can stay involved as the system takes shape: reviewing tradeoffs, building the agreed scope, and adjusting priorities with the people using it. Ongoing support is scoped to the engagement.

How we work together

UNDERSTAND IT. BUILD IT.
KEEP IMPROVING IT.

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

Walk through a real job, the tools involved, and the points where work slows down.

  2. 02

    Agree on the first scope

Decide what to keep, connect, or build, with priorities and costs agreed before implementation.

  3. 03

Put it to work and improve it

Introduce the system in stages, learn from the people using it, and plan continued development.

Before we start

A FEW PRACTICAL
QUESTIONS.

Do we have to commit to a software build?

No. The first decision is what the problem needs. Diagnosis may point to a process change, an integration, or an existing product. Implementation is a separate scope we agree on before starting.

Who should join the first conversation?

Start with the owner or person accountable for the workflow. As we investigate, the people doing the daily work help explain the exceptions, handoffs, and practical constraints.

Do you work with businesses outside Florida?

Yes. I am based in Jacksonville and work with clients from New York to Florida. Remote working sessions and shared walkthroughs let us examine the actual process together.
