Which parts of Florida do you serve?
I welcome projects throughout Florida, including Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, Central Florida, the Tampa Bay area, Southwest Florida, South Florida, and the Panhandle. I am based in Jacksonville; the working arrangement and any travel are agreed for each engagement.
What if our team is spread across several cities?
We can bring the people responsible for each part of the workflow into shared working sessions. Diagnosis should account for the differences between locations as well as the records, reporting, and processes they share.
Can you help if our company also operates outside Florida?
Yes. I have clients from New York to Florida, and a business operating in several states can be a fit. The important questions are how the workflow operates, who needs access, and what the system needs to support.
