INTO THE DETAILS.
I understand the work these systems need to support because I’ve spent years doing it. The way a page feels. The words a customer needs to hear. The creative that needs another round of feedback. Those details are where the broader experience becomes useful.
It informs how I organize information, design an interface, and connect the steps around it. A campaign needs a useful place to send people. An inquiry needs a clear next step. A team needs the right records, assets, and approvals to carry the work through. Comprehensive software has to account for those connections.
My projects range from Cougar Companies’ website and admin system to creative products, fabrication software, and community platforms. I contribute as a builder or product partner, working with collaborators in different roles.
You work directly with me on direction and delivery. Some clients come with a defined project; others work with me on retainer for ad management, design, consulting, and development. We agree on the priorities and scope, then keep the work connected as the business changes.
